In an era saturated with overwhelming amounts of information on social media, Yogi Kiran's mission is to introduce the original Ancient Breathworks and Meditative Practices to the public, promoting wellness and self-liberation.

“There is no God; only a pervasive energy that exists in both its pure and altered forms.”

“The soul traverses the cycle of ‘Birth-Death-Birth’; knowledge flows through the dynamics of ‘Teacher-Student-Teacher.’”

For the path to enlightenment to become visible, the mind must be cleared of worldly clutter; otherwise, human existence will persist in suffering.

“Unless the mind is cleared of worldly clutter, the path to enlightenment remains obscured, and human existence will continue to be fraught with suffering.”

Ask yourself: Are you truly happy at the core of your heart? Despite having acquired all possible material comforts—your family, loved ones, and so-called transactional relationships—do you find genuine fulfillment? Click here to know more.

Have you found the answer? Often, the truthful response is 'no,' but this realization may hurt your ego, leading you to claim, 'Yes, I am happy.' This is merely a way of deceiving your inner self, trapping you in a false and illusory paradise of your own making.

Consider the comparison between a lifeless body and a living one. What do you observe? Both bodies breathe air; air circulation occurs in both. Yet, one is lifeless while the other thrives. Why is that? Can we claim both are truly dead? Or is there something beyond oxygen that sustains life? Reflect deeply, and you will uncover the answer.

The inner quest for humanity has always been to seek, understand, and experience a higher purpose known as higher consciousness.

However, the pursuit of mundane existence often obscures this inner purpose, creating layers of illusion until one is akin to an onion trapped within its own formation.

The essence of yogic practices is to peel away these layers, allowing you not only to experience higher consciousness but to merge with it.

If you believe that simply sitting before an altar adorned with idols of various gods and goddesses, visiting temples, chanting mantras, or practicing different versions of concocted yoga will reveal that higher consciousness, dear reader, you are sorely mistaken. Why not just stay home, read textbooks, and earn a PhD? Achieving that requires attending classes, studying, and passing exams—it’s a process. The same is true on the path to enlightenment; unveiling your true inner being demands a dedicated journey, though certain methods can expedite this path, allowing significant progress in this lifetime. Click here to know more.

Join this retreat, and let me guide you along the uncharted trails toward higher consciousness. Once you taste this experience, it will transform your life forever.

The stories we tell ourselves shape our emotions, relationships, and sense of self. When these narratives are interwoven with fear, inadequacy, or resentment, they keep us trapped in cycles of suffering. However, just as a snake sheds its skin or a seed sprouts into new life, we too can release what no longer serves us and embrace a renewed way of being.

Connecting with like-minded individuals who share our path fosters motivation, validation, mutual support, and comfort. Such spaces allow participants to connect, share experiences, and draw strength from one another. Through empathy, active listening, and the collective energy of the group, healing cultivates a sense of belonging, reduces feelings of isolation, and promotes deeper personal growth. It serves as a reminder that healing can be a shared journey.

To support both collective and individual growth, Soul Quest periodically organizes yogic and wellness retreats. Set in the heart of nature, these venues offer a serene and grounding environment, ideal for deep connection, reflection, and renewal. Here, the earth embraces you, the air inspires you, and every moment feels beautifully intentional.

Mastering our breath can enhance vitality and resilience, potentially prolonging our lives. Conversely, careless breathing can diminish our vitality and increase susceptibility to disease.

In their natural state, humans instinctively understand proper breathing without needing instruction. Like animals and children, they breathe as nature intended. However, civilization has disrupted this instinct, leading to poor habits in posture and movement that compromise our ability to breathe correctly.

Similarly, impure air negatively impacts our health, though to a lesser extent. Insufficient air intake can impede the blood's vital processes, resulting in inadequate nourishment and potentially leading to illness or compromised health.

It is crucial to remember that the body derives nourishment from assimilated food, and inadequate assimilation results in poor nourishment. The lungs depend on the same sources of nourishment; if breathing is flawed, leading to poor assimilation, the lungs weaken, contributing to the overall decline of health.

Animals in their natural habitats breathe instinctively, and primitive humans likely did the same. However, the abnormal lifestyles of civilized individuals—an inevitable consequence of modernity—have deprived us of our innate breathing habits, significantly impacting humanity.

The pathway to physical salvation lies in our ability to “return to Nature.”

Participation will be offered on a ‘first come, first served’ basis. The fee charged is solely for accommodation and food over the four-day retreat and is strictly non-profit.

Join our retreat amidst nature to learn ancient breathing techniques, engage in meditative practices, heal your mind and body, and experience elevated states of consciousness. Leave transformed.

I am truly inspired by Yogi Kiran's expertise in ancient breathwork and meditation techniques that are often unknown and unheard of. It's also wonderful to meet others on the same wellness journey. These retreats are designed to help individuals reconnect with their physical, mental, emotional, and sometimes spiritual health, and I have immensely benefited from this experience.

Yogic practices and holistic healing are deeply transformative, enabling remarkable changes in mindset, personality, and perspective. I am thrilled to attend the Tibetan Trul Khor Yogic wellness retreat. The connections established with like-minded individuals create a supportive community that nurtures lasting friendships. This enriching experience fosters the well-being of the body, mind, and spirit, promoting lasting vitality.

I am 78 years old and a retired army officer with the rank of Colonel. Initially, I was apprehensive about attending the retreat due to my age. However, after interacting with Yogi Kiran, who is also a former defense officer, I was motivated to participate. The Tibetan breathwork and meditations were excellent and greatly helped me achieve stillness of mind and connect with the pervasive unseen energy within and around me. I highly recommend attending this retreat; you will not regret it. I especially encourage young people to participate early in their lives to learn these techniques and carry them forward throughout their lifetime.

At 76 years old, I attended with my husband because he wanted to give it a try. I had the pleasure of meeting many wonderful people, and I found it impossible to pick just one highlight! Connecting with individuals from all age groups was truly amazing. I had a lot to process myself, which left me feeling emotionally drained during the first two days, as I navigated the additional emotions shared by others. Nevertheless, I deeply appreciated everyone’s authenticity, openness, and honesty. By the end, especially during the second part at the beach, I felt recharged, calm, and filled with joy.
